An Italian emporium

Italian tailor Santarelli Sartoria has opened its first UK store, a flagship "emporium", on Beauchamp Place in the heart of London's Knightsbridge. The brand, started 20 years ago in Bari after founder Nicola Santarelli won the official contract to supply Flavio Briatore's Billionaire label, will focus in London on off-the-rack designs and personal tailoring. Santarelli is best known for its suits and shirts, but its tailors will also be able to take accurate imprints of customers' feet using "high-tech moulds", enabling them to conjure up perfectly fitted hand-made shoes.
