Hertz launches motorcycle collection

When you've gone on holiday to enjoy the sunshine, does anyone enjoy being stuck in a stuffy little hire car? For bikers at least this could become a distant memory, as hire company Hertz is now offering two-wheel transportation in Spain, with the launch of its motorbike collection. Initially available in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Malaga, the collection will be offered in further locations across Spain later this summer.

So, whether you're a motorbike enthusiast or tourist travelling on your own, you can now discover the land of sun, sea and sand by renting a bike from a collection that includes most of the major models. And you don't have to worry about packing bulky helmets or heavy leathers—these and other items such as gloves, boots and even cases to fit the bikes, can all be hired.

To hire a 650cc and 800cc model you have to be at least 28 years old, while to take out a 1200cc models you need to be 30. You'll also need to have had a category A driving license for at least three years. Prices start from £80 a day.
