San Carlo Cicchetti

This award-winning restaurant reinvents the concept of cicchetti – a Venetian version of tapas. The menu features a selection of small dishes designed to share and includes carpaccio of Angus beef with parmesan and rocket, crostini with prosciutto and cheese as well as soups, salads and pasta. The venue has a light, fresh, modern interior and sources ingredients from Italy. Schmooze

Schmooze occupies the site of a former Jewish bakery and is located five doors away from the barber shop the Beatles sang about in Penny Lane. El Torero, or the Bullfighter, has a menu created by Toni Almirón from tapas-loving Granada, so expect authentic, mouth- watering fare such as albóndigas (meatballs), paella and chorizo in wine.
